All items are handmade in and shipped from The Netherlands

Parcels are shipped via DHL, GLS or PostNL. Once your order had been dispatched you can expect your order within 3-5 business days. Please note that all items are handmade, and can take up to 7 business days to be made. 

 

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Returns

Within 14 days of receiving the items, they can legally be returned. If you wish to return (some of) your items, please contact us at elisabethscreation.shop@gmail.com for the return adres. Please note, the costs for return-shipping within The Netherlands, are approximately €5,75 via DHL and are not covered by us. When we've received your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
